1Cancellation/Refund Policy/Replacement
We love our customers and want you to be happy – we offer you an exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. If it is outside of this period please talk to us to see what we can do. We do sell various products and we take the quality of them very seriously. To be eligible for a refund/exchange, the products MUST be unopened and still in the original packaging. To complete your return we do require proof of purchase. Simply email us on Upleaft@outlook.com to let us know your issue and we will work together for a positive outcome. We are generally happy to refund or exchange items that are returned in a pristine, original condition, excluding postage costs. All returns are covered by the customer. As a policy, Upleaft is not responsible and will not issue refunds for any international shipments that are lost or taken by customs. Having said that, it is at our discretion to be as generous as possible in every situation where your items are misplaced or lost. If you do not receive your items, please contact our office by upleaft@outlook.com and we will assist you.
